COMBINATION OF TRANSACTION AND OPERATING EXPERIENCE
The Principals have a combination of extensive transaction and management experience having worked in private equity, merchant banking, investment banking and as members of senior management in an operating company.
Transaction Experience
- Completed over 80 transactions as debt and equity principals in over 20 industries
- Funded in excess of $3.0 billion of debt capital and invested approximately $1.0 billion of equity capital to middle market companies
- Managed over $1.5 billion of assets on behalf of institutional clients
- Invested capital on behalf of numerous leading providers of private equity capital, including university endowments, private equity groups and pension funds, among others
Operating Experience
- Senior management of private-equity backed company
- Raised $450 mm of private equity to support business plan
- Responsible for business development and execution – strategy, leadership and implementation (budgeting, recruiting, MIS, marketing, operations)
- Resulted in largest business in industry sector, culminating with in 2004
